That special moment in a women's life

 Pregnancy is a mesmerizing experience that every women wishes to experience and when they does I bet it is one of the bestest feeling an individual can experience.


Pregnancy can be a bit tiring,specially in the first trimester as your body goes through a lot of changes to prepare you for this beautiful journey.

 Let me warn you ,you'll feel sleepy most of the times but don't panic ,just sleep whenever and however possible.

 Though during second or third pregnancy it's not possible to rest much as it is during the first pregnancy.

 As besides your office work / house work you have a toddler to look after 

So make sure to take a nap in afternoon when you put your baby to sleep to regain that lost energy.



What to do during first trimester:


1. Your body needs rest as it is undergoing changes.

2. Eat lot of fruits and veggies.

3. Eat soaked nuts .

4. Drink coconut water.

5. Drink lot of water.

6. Consult your gynecologist if any pain or clotting occurs.

7. Avoid juices instead have whole fruits.

8. Eat at an interval of 2 hrs.

9. Take iron tablets as prescribed by your doctor.

10. Do meditation to calm and sooth your mind.


What to avoid during first trimester:

1. Avoid oily and junk food as it may leave you  feeling pukish or choked .

2. Avoid lifting heavy objects.

3. Don't run or walk too fast.

4. Avoid exercises in this trimester.

5. Avoid taking any medicines without prescription of your gynecologist.

6. If pregnant for the second time don't lift your  kid.

7. Don't just bend directly to pick up things 

8. Avoid driving or travelling.
